Phalla hold a Master’s degree in Biodiversity Conservation Science and a Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Economics and Rural Development, complemented by extensive hands-on experience leading complex conservation and livelihoods programs. Having served as Program Manager, Provincial Lead, Governance Coordinator, and Project Leader in national and international NGOs, I bring deep expertise in protected area management, community engagement, climate resilience, and cross-sector partnerships.
