The vision for Save the Earth International’s Regional and Country Chapters is that by working together at a local level, the collective action of all chapters will drive progress in ecosystem restoration, climate change mitigation, and community development.

National and Regional Chapters


Our governance structure ensures transparent, effective, and responsive representation by engaging regional and national chapters in decision-making. With a bottom-up, participatory approach, we prioritize local input to ensure that initiatives are aligned with the needs and priorities of communities on the ground. This collaborative model strengthens our collective efforts in addressing environmental and social challenges.

Chapters


Local and regional chapters collaborate with the regional secretariat to drive coordinated action across their area. These chapters serve as hubs where members can form funding consortiums, share expertise, and contribute to policy and advocacy efforts at regional and global levels.

Chaired by the global board representative from the respective region, the chapters uphold a participatory, bottom-up approach, ensuring that our network’s governance is responsive to local and regional priorities.

Focal Points


National and regional focal points play a key role in identifying and addressing opportunities and challenges related to environmental, climate, and community issues at both the national and regional levels. They lead the network’s activities within their country and facilitate coordination across regions, ensuring that local priorities are effectively communicated and integrated into broader efforts.

The role involves strengthening member and partner relationships, fostering strategic collaborations, and supporting engagement with key stakeholders, including government agencies and international partners.
